Tea Menu

All of our tea is loose leaf, brewed especially for you, and is served by the pot. Milk, rather than cream, is used in tea. If you would like milk with your tea, please let you server know.

White Peony Tea is a flavorful white tea with a smooth and pleasingly sweet taste. This style of white tea is characteristic of that popularly enjoyed in China.

Silver Needle Tea is a Chinese white tea with wild and unruly leaves while dry, but a very pleasant and smooth flavor.

Jasmine Green Tea is a green tea harvested in Taiwan that is scented with jasmine. It is a very fragrant and light green tea.

China Chun Mee Moon Palace Tea is a green tea. Chun Mee means “precious eyebrows.”

Dragonwell is a Chinese green tea with a smooth taste.

Japanese Genmaicha Tea is a green tea combined with roasted brown rice. After steeping the rice & tea leaves together, your tea will have an interesting roasted flavor with the subtleness of green tea.

Orange Flower Oolong Tea is an organic oolong with the taste of soothing orange blossoms.

African Red Bush Market Tea is made from a different plant than traditional tea called rooibos. It is naturally sweet, decaffeinated & scented with cinnamon and orange. Red tea has 50 times the anti-oxidants of white or green tea.

African Red Bush True Vanilla is a rooibos tea naturally sweet, decaffeinated & scented with vanilla.

Ambrosia Tea is fruity and floral mix of lemongrass, rose hips, lavender and peaches that is naturally decaffeinated.

Blue Eyes Tisane is a decaffeinated herbal with dried apple, orange, hibiscus rose hips, and cornflower petals.

Citrus Spring Blend-Limited Time Only is an herbal blend of rose, mint, lavender & berries.

Market Tea is a black tea scented with cinnamon and orange. This blend originates from Seattle’s Pike Street Market. This is our most popular tea both hot and cold.

Original Earl Grey is a Chinese black tea scented with the oil of bergamot, a citrus fruit from the Mediterranean. This tea is produced for the British market and has less bergamot than teas for the American market.

Nilgiri BOP (Broken Orange Pekoe) is a black tea from southern India. Nilgiri produces a tea similar to Ceylon, but with distinctive character. This British style tea produces a flavorful cup that is excellent with milk.

Blackberry black tea is a black tea scented in the old fashion way with blackberries. This tea is not sweet.

Raspberry black tea is a black tea scented in the old fashion way with raspberries. This tea is not sweet.

Hot Cinnamon black tea is a black tea strongly scented with cinnamon. It is a holiday favorite.

Chocolate Mint Decadence is a decaffeinated Darjeeling tea from India scented with semi-sweet chocolate & natural peppermint.

Chocolate Raspberry Mint is a black tea scented with all favorites. It’s dessert in a cup.

Spicy Seattle Chai is a traditional spiced chai. We can brew with either water or milk for an additional $1.00/pot.
