Frittata is similar to a crust-less quiche. Ask your server which fresh vegetables will be in today’s frittata. Served a side salad and French dressing and your choice of soup.

Seasoned strips of chicken breast served on a bed of spinach with mandarin oranges, chow mien noodles and poppy seed dressing.
